5. Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, the following conditions apply:
- If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered successfully delivered
- Elaine & Grace is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
