Return Policy
At Elaine & Grace, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return Policy.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Items may be tried on but must not show signs of wear beyond trying them on
- The return request must be made after the order has been received
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order at: info@elaineandgrace.ca
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address
- Carefully pack the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a service with tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Important Information
- If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, it will be considered successfully delivered
- Elaine & Grace is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivery has been confirmed
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
