Job Opening: Graphic Designer (E-commerce)
Are you a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who wants to leave your mark on the world of online fashion? We'd love to meet you.
As Graphic Designer at Elaine & Grace, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity and improving the online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, eye-catching graphics for our website (banners, product imagery and promotional content)
- Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and online ads
- Improve the user experience through designs that stay true to our brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas
- Ensure all designs follow our brand aesthetic and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in e-commerce or fashion is a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools
- A strong eye for aesthetics, composition and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio with relevant work samples

Job Opening: Customer Care & Sales (Online Fashion)
Are you passionate about fashion and love helping others feel confident in what they wear? We're looking for a customer-focused person to support the growth of our online boutique.
In this role, you'll help ensure every customer feels supported, valued and confident in her purchase.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional support by email and other online channels
- Assist customers with sizing, fit, product questions and order inquiries
- Deliver a personalized and positive shopping experience
- Support day-to-day operations related to orders and customer care
- Represent the brand through clear, friendly communication
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail (fashion experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- An interest in fashion and awareness of current trends
- Ability to provide personalized styling advice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced online environment
